- How do I reserve an Inflatable Bounce House Combo or Slide ?
Give us a call at ( 352-322-1079 ) with the date of your party or event,and which items you are interested in renting. We will check availabilty, & make your reservation.
- Do you require a deposit ?
No, we do not require a deposit, just give us a call, to reserve your inflatable today ! We have bouncing fun for everyone !
- Is there a delivery charge ?
We offer Free Delivery to All of Marion County, Florida & just a limited area of Citrus & Levy County. Areas past our local delivery area, are subjected to a delivery charge. We do not allow customer pick ups. Just give us a call for more info.
- How long is the Rental period ?
Rental period for price shown is for 6 hours. Unless we make other arrangements with you,depending on availability of our units, we will deliver & set up your inflatable the day before, or the morning of your party or event. We will then pick it up after your party / event is over, or the next morning. This will all be addressed in the Rental Agreement, when we deliver.
- What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept Cash and local personal checks. Payment is due at the time of delivery.
- What if I have to cancel my reserved unit ?
We understand situations do come up. All we ask, is to please be courteous,and call us within 48 hours of your party or event. There is no charge for cancellations.
- Do I need to be home when you deliver ?
Yes, to sign a rental agreement, and provide payment, before we set up.
- How much room is needed for my inflatable to be set up ?
The measurements of each inflatable is indicated on each page.Please consider an area where wires, tree branches, bushes or fences will not interfere with the inflatable. The area should be a relatively flat grassy surface.
If you are renting a water slide, you will need an available water source.For all inflatables,the customer is required to have a standard outlet,within 75 feet of the inflatable.For water slides,customer must have a standard outlet with 20amps.
- What if there is bad weather that day ?
Unfortunately, rain is something that none of us can predit too well. Generally, a little rain will not hurt the inflatables in any way. These units can not be used in sustained winds of 20 mph. We do reserve the right to cancel the rental due to heavy rain or high winds.
- What are the rules on all of the Inflatables ?
- No Shoes, Food, Gum, Candy, Drinks
- No flipping, wrestling or fighting
- No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string.
- No smoking on or around the inflatable
- No barbeques around the inflatable
- No pets, Toys, or Sharp objets on the inflatable
- No water allowed on any units, except water slides.
- There will be a $200.00 charge for Silly String like substances, that come in contact with any inflatable.
- Certain cleaning fees will be charged if any of the above circumstances, come in contact with the units.
- At the time of delivery, there will be a list of rules on the rental agreement that will be left with you.
